Perfume return policy
Quality goods purchased online can be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of delivery of the goods to the buyer.

The following conditions must be met when returning goods:

- the returned item must be in its original, neat packaging;
- the product must be undamaged by the buyer;
- the product must be unused, without losing its commercial appearance (labels and protective film intact, etc.)
- the returned product must be of the same composition as the one received by the buyer - the gifts received for the purchase must be returned at the same time.
- in order to return a product that does not meet the quality, it is necessary to fill out a claim for the return of a low-quality product, the claim form can be obtained by contacting the e-mail info@royalsperfume.com. When submitting a claim for a low-quality product, it is necessary to submit material proving this (videos, photos). Submitted claims for defective goods are processed within 30 working days.


When returning goods without fault of the Seller, the return costs to the Buyer are not compensated or refunded. After receiving the product and making sure that the product is unused, within 5 days the money will be returned to the payer's account.
Defective goods are returned in accordance with the 2001 regulation of the Minister of Economy. June 29 by order no. 217 "Regarding the approval of the rules for the return and exchange of items" by the approved rules for the return and exchange of items.
We inform you that buyers, in the event of a dispute, should first contact the seller, and if the dispute cannot be resolved, they have the right to apply for dispute resolution to the electronic consumer dispute resolution platform: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/?event=main.home.show.

5. Buyer's rights
5.1. The buyer has the right to purchase goods that are sold online. in the store;
5.2. The buyer has the right within 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods to withdraw from the sales contract and return the goods to the Seller and recover the money paid for the goods, with the exception of the exceptions provided for in Article 6.228(10) part 2 of the Civil Code. The consumer cannot unilaterally return packaged goods that have been unpacked after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
5.3. If the purchased product does not meet the quality requirements, the Buyer within 2 years has the right to exchange a product of inadequate quality with a product of suitable quality, or the right to a reduction in the price of the product, or the right to recover the money paid for the product and its delivery.
5.4. 697 Regarding the approval of the Retail Trade Rules
The consumer's demand to replace the purchased goods of suitable quality with similar goods or to return the money paid for the reasons specified in Article 6.362 of the Civil Code can only be satisfied if the seller agrees after purchasing the following goods:
